Elevaid is built on lived experiences, guided by research, and powered by AI-driven evaluations. Our journey has been a leap of faith armed with resilience and a passion to contribute.

Having worked for more than a decade in various corners of the development sector—policy analysis, program development, monitoring and evaluation—we repeatedly encountered the same challenge: well-intentioned programs often failed to live up to their transformative potential. This highlighted the need for transformative program evaluations that deliver actionable, real-time insights to improve outcomes.

Elevaid was born out of a quest for answers, which led to new frontiers in technology. We discovered that, if harnessed effectively, AI for development programs could revolutionize how development work is designed, managed, and translated into tangible outcomes.

The name captures our mission perfectly: to uplift the development sector (“AID”) to new heights (“Elevate”). Elevaid combines our grassroots expertise in the development sector with cutting-edge AI technology to make aid more relevant, efficient, effective, and sustainable, leading to measurable positive change.
